I called from CA after my son’s friend suggested this shop. I had an exceptional experience with them getting in touch, designing the arrangement in budget and when we needed it, and when it was picked up, it was more than we ever expected! You made my friends special big birthday really special, and I loved working with a florist I could speak to and make it just right! Highly recommend My Flower Stand for service and value!

Great experience buying from this floral shop. Today was the second time. The first time, I went online and they delivered beautiful flowers. Today, I called and spoke to Jennifer. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and so helpful. I told her what I wanted and my custom order was perfect!She sent me a picture of the bouquet and the ETA. Shortly after ordering online (easy!), I received a call that the plant I had chosen was not in stock. I was given the option of choosing something else or getting a refund.
I chose to have them create a custom flower arrangement. This was for an 80th birthday of a special person.
The next day, I got a text confirmation of delivery along with a picture of the beautiful arrangement.
The recipient was overjoyed with her gift.

Long time Customer, extremely satisfied with service, quality of flowers, pricing. I buy a lot of roses, they are the best, last a long time. Today I bought beautiful rose colored roses and white carnations and the fragrant odor in my house is incredible. Concerned when construction began in front and it is difficult to walk. Doesn't stop me from shopping here because it is well worth taking a little extra time to get there. Broward West flowers certainly top any florist I’ve ever been to.

I was allergic to the floral arrangement received a couple of days ago. I was very pleased in the way this florist handled this situation.
Surprisingly enough they attentively ask me to take it back. Upon my arrival they apologized for the inconvenience. In a very professional manner they exchanged the Christmas floral bouquet with no hassle and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this florist shop for their professionalism.

I ordered flowers for my mother who lives in South Florida while I reside in Central Florida. Although they did not have the exact flowers as pictured they had the courtesy of calling me to ise alternative flowers. I was skeptical about how it would look but they ensured me it would be nothing less that excellent, and that it was. My mother loved them. I ordered flowers over the phone, for a funeral later that same day, however, Chris was super nice, and assured me he could do it...he might have to improvise on a few of the flowers in the arrangement I had picked, but said it would be as good or better.
Let me tell you....it was GORGEOUS!! The family graciously thank me for the beautiful flowers, and I just want to say THANK YOU!! Hands down the best customer service!!! I do not live in Florida and needed a flower arrangement delivered same day. I called a half an hour before they were closing (it was 6:30 pm) & asked if it was too late for a delivery to be made. I was told "it is never too late!" My husband found this little treasure 1 day working in the area. He brought home a beautiful bouquet of flowers from here and I told him when ever he feels like getting me flowers he has to go back to this place. Your shop did an excellent job on preparing the table centerpieces for our company's Holiday Party!! My employees who each took one of the 20 centerpieces have been coming to my office to tell me that after almost 2 weeks the arrangements are still fresh as if they had been made yesterday! This quaint little flower shoppe is exactly what is needed in this age of ordering flowers online and never knowing if what you ordered was the exact arrangement delivered and/or same quality as the "photo". With these owners, you get their "personal" touch that has become a lost art, that keeps repeated customers. I wasn't feeling well for some time and last Week my daughter came to see me and in her arms was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, too
many to describe, but the lavender roses are beautiful and today, a week later, the arrangement is still as fresh and beautiful as the day I
received them. I would truly recommend this shop for flowers.
